Potato Soup a la Q
Ingredients:
2 medium onions
5 Yukon Gold potatoes
1 quart vegetable broth
Salt & Pepper
Garnish: Sour Cream, Cheese, Chives
Instructions:
Chop Onions and Cube Potatoes. Add to a large pot with all of the stock.
Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are totally soft.
Turn off pot and let it cool.
